Testimonial from Rana Altamimi

Head of Sales & Retention

When I first started working with Sue, I had recently been promoted to an executive role and found myself suffering, like many female leaders, from imposter syndrome. Initially my goal was clear; to improve my communication skills particularly with senior stakeholders, to build confidence overall and to develop clear strategies when dealing with challenging stakeholders. Whilst we worked on all these elements, what I didn’t anticipate was the journey Sue was about to guide me through.

As I progressed through my career, I rarely took moments to reflect and reassess my values, or to identify what was truly important to me. In our sessions we often delved into this and it’s these sessions that had a profound impact on me as I was able to clearly envision the life I wanted to build. For so long I was on autopilot and instead, I wanted to be more deliberate and considered with my actions and choices.

Sue’s strengths lie in her ability to naturally guide others and to give one space to explore what’s truly important to them. We did the work and through this we created a clear action plan which was focused on the life I want to have both professionally and personally.

Since then, I’ve taken a sabbatical to allow me the space and time to focus on what’s important to me and to move me closer to the life I want to have. Without Sue, I would likely still be operating on auto pilot and not working towards my passion or in line with my values. Sue has given me the confidence to take risks and to trust myself.

For anyone looking to grow both professionally and personally, I highly recommend spending time with Sue however I warn you, you may be taken on an exciting journey that is completely different to your initial plan.
